Please read these Terms of Service completely using launchpointresume.com, which is owned and operated by LaunchPoint Resume. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the site at Launchpointresume.com.

By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.


Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its original content, including custom design templates, are the sole property of LaunchPoint Resume and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute or license any content on this site without Provider's authorization.
 

General Terms

You are responsible for all activity and content (data, graphics, photos, links) that is uploaded after your purchase of the Service.
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms as determined in the sole discretion of LaunchPoint Resume will result in an immediate termination of your services.
Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
We may, but have no obligation to, refuse service if we find any content that we determine in our sole discretion as unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms and Conditions.
We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the material you provide. All material you upload remains yours.
By uploading images and content to launchpointresume.com, you agree to allow LaunchPoint Resume and any of its employees or contractors to view, edit and manipulate them.

You agree that after your purchase of a specific design on the Service for use in your Product, any revisions or edits must be based on that specific design. If you wish to use another design for your Product, you will be responsible for purchasing another Product.

 
Disclaimer

You understand that LaunchPoint Resume provides a career enhancement service.  There is no guarantee that you will be granted an interview or be offered a job as a result of this service.  LaunchPoint Resume is not responsible or liable for your future success.


Payment of Fees

Work will not begin on your documents until payment is received.
All fees are exclusive of all federal, provincial, state or other governmental sales, goods and services, harmonized or other taxes, fees or charges now in force or enacted in the future (“Taxes”).
LPR does not offer a refund of services after payment has been processed, as we work with you until you are completely satisfied with your final product.


Termination

LaunchPoint Resume reserves the right to terminate your access to the site, without any advance notice.


Changes to This Agreement

LaunchPoint Resume reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the LaunchPoint Resume site immediately.
